Credit Card Verification
Credit card verification helps protect against fraud when your customer is paying by mail, over the phone or through the internet. Address verification and security code verification help in determining whether or not to accept a credit card when the cardholder is not present.
Address Verification
The cardholder is asked to give a billing address that is instantly compared to the card issuer’s billing information.
Security Code Verification
The cardholder is asked to give the 3 digit security code located on the back of the card to determine if the card is in the possession of the cardholder.
