The Recovery Agent locates, contacts, assesses, and negotiates with customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment by performing collection duties in compliance with all State and Federal consumer protection laws. The qualified candidate must possess an excellent set of skills, talents and qualities that would include, but not limited to interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills, must be self-motivated, creative, energetic, persuasive, organized, and have excellent time management skills.
